Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage and configure ServiceNow modules according to client requirements and best-practice standards.
  • Effectively manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow applications.
  • Analyze complex business problems and provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring program outcomes align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or senior technical roles.
  • Demonstrated in-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalogue, Custom Applications, SPM & EA, IRM & SecOps, WSD).
  • Proven technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Client-centric mindset and understanding of IT within a Business context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
