Key Responsibilities
- Apply statistical tools (SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS) to optimize equipment performance and robustness
- Establish and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to improve equipment quality, cost, and productivity
- Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance
- Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to address yield, WAT, and operational issues
- Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support maintenance based on production forecasts
- Lead new equipment start-up from facility hookup to production acceptance
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction
- Set targets to minimize wafer scrap, reduce equipment cost per wafer, and optimize utilization
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for issue resolution
- Develop long-term solutions for recurring hardware and operational issues
- Create and maintain implant operation SOPs and PM work instructions
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical / Material Science / Material Engineering
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Diffusion Implant Equipment
- Familiar with all the implant tools: Varian E500, VIISTA900, VIISTA HCP, GSD, Axcelis HE/VHE, AMAT XR80
- Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
- Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
