Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all metrology tools, VLSI standards, monitor wafers and measuring systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and no overdue
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor calibration, MSA activities (internal and external) and calibration sub-contractor, ensuring traceability to standards and compliance with SOP / IATF / customer requirements
- Develop, optimize, and maintain metrology methods, programs, and procedures (e.g. measurement recipes, sampling plans, MSA / Gage R&R)
- Analyze measurement data and SPC trends, identify abnormality / drift, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant departments
- Train users (operators, technicians, engineers) in proper use, handling, and care of measurement instruments and metrology systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related or relevant discipline
- At least two years of relevant working experience in a technical or operational environment, with exposure to similar responsibilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and audit-related practices
- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 are preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and work well in a team
