Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations across material/production planning, warehouse/logistics, material flow, engineering solution development, assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, corporate standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity priorities.
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes involving mechanical components, soft goods, and electronic assemblies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
