Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with operational excellence or continuous improvement frameworks.
