Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to site leadership, supporting prioritization, planning, and execution across key initiatives.
- Support leadership rhythm-of-business activities, including operating reviews, staff meetings, offsites, and planning cycles.

Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience in technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven environments.
- Familiarity with operational excellence or continuous improvement frameworks.
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
