Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate network augments and migrations to ensure seamless regional connectivity.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery of network circuits across multiple projects by tracking carrier milestones and internal workflow progress.
- Serve as a technical liaison between internal teams, regional carriers, and development organizations.
- Interpret carrier KMZ files and critically review scopes of work for potential roadblocks and design risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network operations, including technical project coordination and carrier relations.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision making.
- Technical experience delivering Wave services through external carriers, including familiarity with unprotected vs. protected wavelength circuits.
- Working knowledge of delivering Ethernet services through external carriers, including switched vs. dedicated configurations.
- Partner and colocation facility provider knowledge (campus/extended cross connects, MMR access, carrier-neutral options).
- Knowledge of establishing physical and logical end-to-end connectivity from cross connects through to routing.
