Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects focused on end-to-end Oracle finance transformation across various modules.
- Utilize industry leading methodologies to transform client businesses.
- Carry out responsibilities including business case development, requirements gathering, and workshop delivery.
- Lead functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, change management, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading/managing financial systems implementations, preferably in the financial services industry.
- A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financial/Procurement modules.
- Must have led at least one finance module implementation (GL, AP, AR, Projects, or Procurement).
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation.
- Proven experience in ERP Procurement Cloud, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Tax, or Subledger accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with data migration from legacy systems and integration approaches for finance modules.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
