Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fab environment and prevent environmental excursions
- Lead shift operations in daily cleanroom environment issue response
- Troubleshoot contamination sources for AMC and mechanical alarms with module teams
- Analyze charts to identify root cause of contamination trends or baseline drift
- Guide technicians/operators in non-routine activities and prepare incident reports with root cause findings
- Escalate to modules for environmental CAS activation based on alarm escalation guidelines
- Ensure monitoring system hardware and software perform normally and take proactive action to resolve issues
- Plan and follow up on annual calibration and PM of AMC systems and Mini-E tools with vendors
- Perform hardware parts change and replacement for AMC detection systems
- Perform all activities safely and support EHSS requirements and programs
