Key Responsibilities

Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing
Manage labor hours, cost roll and shipment fulfillment
Analyze projects promptly and accurately, ensuring demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment
Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans
Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines
Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter
Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment
Implement process improvements to ensure cycle time and delivery requirements are met

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment
Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player
Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to manage escalations and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
