Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BOM and multi-level BOM structures for semiconductor equipment manufacturing
  • Manage labor hours, cost roll and shipment fulfillment
  • Analyze projects promptly and accurately, ensuring demand loading, change management, and milestone deliverables for successful closure and on-time shipment
  • Plan and prepare production schedules aligned with manufacturing milestones and build plans
  • Drive cross-functional teams to meet key dates: Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines
  • Manage engineering and configuration changes in SAP and TeamCenter
  • Act as the primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements in a dynamic environment
  • Implement process improvements to ensure cycle time and delivery requirements are met

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environment
  • Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Independent, diligent, and highly motivated team player
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage escalations and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
