Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, quarterly outlook, and monthly forecasts for Global Manufacturing Operations in Singapore, including variance and trend analysis.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial management reports through hands‑on data validation, reconciliation, and maintenance of complete financial records.
  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to manufacturing and functional stakeholders, connecting financial outcomes with operational performance.
  • Support cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs by delivering deep‑dive analytics on key cost drivers, productivity, and performance.
  • Analyze business spend, capital expenditure plans, and related variances by function or business unit, including actual versus standard cost analysis by product line.
  • Leverage SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and automation tools to enhance management reporting, financial modeling, simulation, and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor and prepare grant audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Take on additional projects to gain exposure to broader business operations, mergers and acquisitions, and system or process implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong track record in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles, financial controls, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate large data sets into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across a cross‑functional, matrix organization.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to perform accurately in a fast‑paced, complex manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a high‑mix equipment manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Strong financial modeling, simulation, and scenario‑planning capabilities.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Anaplan, or other business intelligence and forecasting tools.
