Key Responsibilities
- Drive business results by facilitating functional goal development using lean strategy tools.
- Manage the functional project portfolio process, leading prioritization to ensure alignment with resource management and business timelines.
- Act as a change agent for Lean/OE, leading process improvement activities to realize productivity outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective change management programs to drive execution excellence across the site.
- Provide leadership for site-wide initiatives, including CAPEX and Product Technical Transfers, mitigating risks to safety and compliance.
- Coach colleagues on project management and change leadership methodologies while serving as a subject matter expert on continuous improvement methods.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of related working experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical operating environments.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years managing small to medium-scale projects.
- Certified Black Belt in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma).
- Experience leading change initiatives on local, regional, or global levels.
- Familiarity with industry change management standards such as PROSCI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high-level facilitation abilities.
