Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related working experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical operating environments.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years managing small to medium-scale projects.
  • Certified Black Belt in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Experience leading change initiatives on local, regional, or global levels.
  • Familiarity with industry change management standards such as PROSCI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high-level facilitation abilities.
