Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for AI Program Mgmt, planning for mid to long term horizon at cluster level
- Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet AI demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science /Business
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a planning role in manufacturing environment
- Preferably experience within the Semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated strong leadership with program and stakeholder management experience
- Possess good business acumen and strategic thinking to align with business objectives
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator in writing and in presentation at management level
- Ability to work independently, self-driven, with high adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment
