Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, tendering, developing, and implementing Cooling / EV charging system-related projects.
- Conduct site surveys at customer premises to identify suitable locations for equipment deployment tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and review engineering, design documents including schematic diagrams, specifications, method statements, risk assessments, calculations, budgetary costs, and energy audit reports.
- Manage consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals for Cooling / EV charging system projects.
- Provide technical support to Business Development, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure contractor and vendor selection adheres to Company policies and Code of Conduct.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management & ISO 37001 system.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of M & E experience in HVAC.
- Proven experience working on energy-saving programs for chiller plants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
