- Drive analysis to set launch quantities for new product introductions and ensure smooth product transitions.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the product planning process, marshal resources, and drive projects to completion.
- Track and improve key metrics through rigorous process development.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for unexpected changes.
