Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in field service/technical support (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently in the field.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license; role requires use of a personal vehicle (transport allowance provided).
- Willingness to travel within Singapore.
- Must be willing to operate on a 7/24 standby rotational basis due to the nature of the job.
