Key Responsibilities
- Perform problem diagnostics and troubleshooting for electronics, RF components, and chillers including PCB, power supply, controller, and RF generators
- Repair faulty units and conduct functional testing to ensure operational readiness
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance repair success rate, extend part lifetime, and develop robust repair and testing capabilities
- Perform swing shift duties to support Global Parts Solution operations
- Engage in global meetings and cross-training programs to unify skillsets and document best practices
- Contribute to the transformation of the parts repair center through automation and digitalization initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a repair workshop
- Ability to perform component-level troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing power supplies, controllers, PCBs, monitors, RF generators, RF matches, and chillers
- Good soldering skills
- Ability to perform swing shift work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player capable of working independently with ownership and accountability
- Flexible, self-motivated, meticulous, and disciplined with willingness to support overtime
