Key Responsibilities

  • Own programme planning and delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and launch readiness.
  • Manage the full programme lifecycle from concept development through production coordination to market launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme or project management, product development, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with tight deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong programme and project management capability with excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Chinese.
  • Sound commercial acumen, including product strategy, marketing fundamentals, and P&L understanding.
