Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, executing, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors rollouts.
  • Lead Business Process setup workshops by demonstrating domain/industry best practices.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of SuccessFactors modules throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage Project Governance, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders regarding status updates and KPIs.
  • Oversee quality assurance of project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the project team, assigning tasks to ensure planned progress.
  • Address and resolve implementation issues promptly to minimize impact on project objectives.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Implementation and rollout projects across Asia Pacific countries.
  • Strong functional consulting background in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience managing/supporting large, complex environments with multiple application versions and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and driving multi-party meetings.
  • Ability to develop presentations and present ideas to all management levels.
  • Knowledge of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge Processes or ITIL Processes.
