Key Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
- Interfaces with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and/or new products

- Assists in determining root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Prior internships or academic projects in semiconductor or manufacturing area are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of manufacturing principles and semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD or engineering drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment where cleanroom suit is compulsory
