Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order execution (order-to-cash process) from sales handover through to delivery and invoicing readiness.
- Create and maintain detailed order documentation in ERP and shared systems, including sales orders, purchase requisitions/orders, and batch/serial tracking.
- Coordinate closely with internal (Sales, Finance, Logistics) and external stakeholders (factories, suppliers, freight forwarders).
- Support complex payment processes including down payments, stage payments, Letters of Credit, and bank guarantees.
- Manage shipping and delivery execution by issuing instructions, coordinating bookings with freight forwarders, and preparing verification of shipping documents.
- Apply working knowledge of Incoterms to define ownership, risk transfer, and delivery responsibilities.
- Perform ERP transactions related to goods receipt, purchase orders, packing lists, and dispatch documentation.
- Manage discrepancies and claims such as short shipments, missing parts, or documentation inconsistencies.
- Support the preparation and coordination of Letter of Credit documentation in collaboration with Finance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in order execution, order management, or coordination roles.
- Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
- Strong working knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Planning system (preferably SAP).
- Experience handling essential shipping documentation (e.g., bill of lading, packing lists).
- Working knowledge of international commercial terms (Incoterms) and their application.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and ownership.
