Key Responsibilities
- Performing risk assessment or threat modeling for various industry control system, on-prem IT, and cloud environments.
- Analyzing and identifying cybersecurity risks associated with complex systems to understand potential attack vectors and operational impacts.
- Gathering information from clients, providing clarifications, and managing expectations throughout assigned tasks.
- Providing actionable security recommendations and improvements while carefully considering the impact on client operations.
- Conducting system/network architecture reviews and assessing current OT/IT practices against regulatory requirements like the Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCOP).
- Collaborating within project teams and guided by experienced team members on diverse cybersecurity service engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Technical grounding in IT, OT/IIoT, engineering, or cloud computing (e.g., network architecture, firewall rules).
- Ability to digest information about complex systems and assemble an accurate understanding of their components.
- Strong analytical skills to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack paths.
- Excellent logical thinking and clear communication abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the capacity to work well in a team.
