Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training programs to support critical tasks and improve delivery quality and efficiency
- Administer on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure compliance with structured development paths

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
