Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team including AI Architects, Engineering Program Managers, Prompt Engineers, AI Prototypers, and Technical Product Managers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Build streamlined processes, onboard new tools, and manage resource planning for team effectiveness.
- Proactively identify issues, manage risks, define mitigations, and replan as necessary.
- Define product vision and strategy by identifying opportunities for Conversational and Generative AI within Commerce Domain.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with user needs, market trends, and technological advancements.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Lead cross-functional business and engineering collaboration, resolving conflicts and dependencies quickly.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Conversational AI and GenAI powered products within the Commerce Domain.
- Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Software Development principles.
- Proven ability to drive product vision, roadmap definition, and execution from 0 to 1.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and designers.
- Ability to define KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of AI-powered products.
