Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback for potential gaps
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers’ escalations and feedback
  • Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineers, Logistics, Commodity) to identify system gaps and improve manufacturing flow requirements

Requirements

  • Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent QA experience for >5 years
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with proven track record to drive problem solving methodology and implementation to benefit the organization
  • Preferably more than 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functional organization and drive changes
  • Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to; Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving, Microsoft project, six sigma
  • Experience in Capital Equipment building preferably in the Semiconductor industry
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes and standards
