Key Responsibilities

Reviewed requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback for potential gaps
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross functions to improve tests
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate customers’ escalations and feedback
Investigate the causes of non-conformances and to implement solutions
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track internal manufacturing index
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineers, Logistics, Commodity) to identify system gaps and improve manufacturing flow requirements

Requirements

Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent QA experience for >5 years
Demonstrated leadership skills with proven track record to drive problem solving methodology and implementation to benefit the organization
Preferably more than 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Demonstrated ability to influence across functional organization and drive changes
Familiar with the following operational excellence tools but not limited to; Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving, Microsoft project, six sigma
Experience in Capital Equipment building preferably in the Semiconductor industry
Experience in Lean manufacturing
Knowledge of new product introduction systems, processes and standards
