Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enforce the "No Tolerance to Deviation" and Stop Work Authority policies across the entire operations team
• Be accountable for safe operation of the site and compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Achieve all operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, product quality, reliability, and operational costs metrics
• Define Operational KPIs and action plans to continuously drive operational performance on safety, quality, reliability, and competitiveness
• Set targets and establish execution plans for the operations team on production, quality control, and logistics activities
• Drive the execution of the Continuous Improvement roadmap for operations domain, overseeing all Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability initiatives
• Ensure all key operating documents incl. procedures, work instruction, JHAs are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicated
• Act as Site Leader or Facility Manager for review, approval, and closure of the MOCs
• Manage the performance, training, and development of the Operations team
