Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and consolidate global market trends and price indices to provide insights on gas and raw material price fluctuations
- Support the RFI and RFQ processes, including bid tabulation and initial analysis of supplier responses
- Assist in the administration of supply contracts, ensuring documentation is organized and tracking key renewal dates or price adjustment triggers
- Support the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier registration, updating price lists, and resolving supply issues
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and cost
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in any engineering field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Good analytical skills
- Critical thinking ability
