Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements and maintain site security protocols.
- Support reliability improvement strategy by proactively analyzing plant reliability and downtime data.
- Support the optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance application for manufacturing process equipment and site utility systems.
- Assist in root cause analysis of reliability defects and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Support Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on process and utility equipment and systems.
- Analyze maintenance practices to initiate and implement changes that increase equipment uptime.
- Support the application of predictive Maintenance (PdM) methods including oil analysis, thermography, and vibration analysis.
- Assist in compiling reliability tools data to determine optimum equipment performance and maintenance strategies.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably with knowledge of operation & maintenance of production & utilities systems.
- Knowledge of cGMP concepts and guidelines.
- Demonstrated good organizational and time utilization skills.
