Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding and HR administration.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR activities such as staff communications, documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to organise employee engagement activities (e.g. staff orientation and company-wide celebrations).
  • Support the HR Services team in processing payroll with the outsourced vendor.
  • Prepare and maintain manpower reports and track status of key items (e.g. DRC, Manpower Budget).
  • To follow through on end-to-end Recruitment for assigned vacancies.
  • Assist in the management of HR systems and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and operational HR support.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of Employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
