Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision for the operation, maintenance, and repair of general building facilities (plumbing, sanitary, structural, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, lighting, etc.).
- Support daily critical operations of the Data Centre for both Keppel and clients.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
- Develop and maintain all site electrical procedures including EOPs, SOPs, and MOPs consistent with client standards.
- Manage vendor and contractor activities to ensure work meets Client standards and authority requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, responding to service requests in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency calls on a 24x7 basis.
- Produce monthly executive reports for clients.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management within a Data Centre domain is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot, evaluate issues, and recommend system upgrades.
- Proficiency in managing building-related licenses and maintenance regimes.
- Strong adherence to quality, health & safety, and environmental policies.
- Ability to manage procurement of parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.
- Experience in developing technical documentation (SOPs, EOPs, MOPs).
