- R&D experience in growth of high performance piezoelectric single crystal
- R&D experience in solid-state crystal growth
- R&D experience in fabrication of ferroelectric thin films and ceramics
- R&D experience in piezoelectric characterizations
- R&D experience in ultrasonic transducers
- R&D experience in ultrasonic imaging
- Good track record in publication, patent, or commercialization in the relevant areas as stated above
