Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide meaningful feedback on potential gaps.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured inspection plans and collaborate with cross-functions to improve tests.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate customer escalations and feedback.
- Investigate the causes of non-conformances and implement effective solutions.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track internal manufacturing indices.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Engineers, Logistics, Commodity) to identify system gaps and improve manufacturing flow requirements.
Requirements
- Technical undergraduate degree or equivalent QA experience for >5 years.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record to drive problem-solving methodology and implementation.
- Preferably more than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functional organizations and drive changes.
- Familiarity with operational excellence tools such as Lean manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Problem solving, Microsoft Project, and Six Sigma.
- Experience in Capital Equipment building, preferably within the Semiconductor industry.
