Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes aligned with the Company’s rewards philosophy and strategic objectives to enable a high performance culture
- Support the Remuneration Committees of listed entities on executive compensation matters
- Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness through robust benchmarking and analytical insights
- Oversee incentive programmes including short- and long- term incentive and share based plans to align reward outcomes with long term value creation
- Oversee the performance management framework to strengthen organisational capability and individual performance
- Develop and review international mobility policies that support the Company’s global growth and workforce mobility needs
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant rewards experience
- Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to details
- Solid experience in executive compensation matters
- Degree holder in any discipline
