Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced prediction models, including Agentic AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs), to drive automation across Global Operations.
- Analyze business problem statements and translate them into detailed data and AI requirements for technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, extract and transform data, perform modeling, and simulate outputs for AI solutions.
- Automate and integrate the development and deployment of data and AI solutions, identifying opportunities and developing proofs-of-concept for process automation.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and senior management to support digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data science or AI/ML projects.
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including MLOps exposure.
- Strong experience applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve real business problems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or quality processes and SAP systems (S/4HANA, CRM, SRM).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
