Key Responsibilities
- Define the Project IVV and Transition Strategy
- Define and monitor IVV KPIs and make recommendations on strategies to improve performance and productivity
- Lead IVV technical gate reviews both internal and with the Customer
- Identify risks and propose effective solution early to mitigate
- Actively participate in program configuration control boards (CCBs) and make defect priority recommendations
- Provide support to bids, produce/review Engineering Cost estimates for any modification proposals to the functional baseline
- Ensure clear communications (written and verbal) with external customers
- Deliver iaw Thales processes and practises
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other relevant qualification
- 7+ years test engineering experience in complex software centric safety critical based systems
- 2+ years experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Solid knowledge and experience in Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles (e.g., EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Project, Engineering Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Technical Design Authorities, Specialty engineers and the engineering team
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Requirement/Tests and Defects Management System
