Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear visualizations of key project data and assist with insightful analysis on trends to drive greater quality in project execution.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the learning reporting platform (including extraction, storage, business rules, and visualization).
- Support the ongoing development and deployment of GSC Project Management & Agile Standard Practices and tools alongside experts.
- Support the creation of guides, training materials, and videos related to project management practices.
- Develop and organize learning, live, and digital events to support GSC PMO adoption and change management activities.
- Drive the social media plan to cultivate a vibrant online project management community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Engineering/IT, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Must have experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and possess strong judgment skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team setting.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Result-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and highly attentive to detail.
