Key Responsibilities
- Support in implementing and managing the South Asia Channel Digital Strategy
- Work in close collaboration with regional Channel teams and WW Digital teams
- Continuously study market trends, partner capabilities, performance metrics, and customer insights
- Identify areas for optimization, new online growth opportunities, and emerging digital trends
- Partner with regional account managers in the strategic management of key accounts on Marketplace platforms
- Drive digital sales programs and sell-in to partners
- Develop and manage regional digital reporting, reviews, and planning processes
- Analyze data insights, digital KPIs, and digital CX monitoring results
- Determine appropriate forward actions and strategic adjustments
- Contribute and drive strategic innovation for regional projects supporting the broader consumer channel
Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, eCommerce or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- In depth experience in eCommerce across digital channels, Marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce
- Experience in working with resellers managing Digital programs
- Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
- Experience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps
- Deeply data driven with proven analytical and numerical prowess
- Versed in site analytics and proficient in analysing data for decision making
- Experience overseeing program roadmaps with high attention to detail
- Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across many functions and levels of the organisation
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner to key partners and leadership teams
