Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and apply advanced analytical methods and tools, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, to generate actionable predictive and prescriptive insights from image, text, and other data sources
  • Design and develop AI agents or chatbots using Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks, with a focus on natural language processing and generative AI
  • Deliver valuable solutions to business problems, and present findings and recommendations to management, with a focus on driving business value and impact

Requirements

  • Successfully completed scientific/technical degree (Master's or PhD), e.g. in the field of data science, computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or business informatics
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)/ Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML), including at least 1 year focusing on LLM, Gen AI, or Agentic AI
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and get work done across organizational boundaries and cultures
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and modelling
  • A good understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, with a focus on image processing (object segmentation, identification etc.) and generative AI
