Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, growth, or customer strategy in banking or financial services
  • Proven track record in driving regional growth and customer engagement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments and consumer banking products
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
