Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for cross-border transfers
- Identify and prioritise growth and business development opportunities across customer segments, corridors, and markets
- Partner with country teams to localise and scale successful initiatives across the region
- Own regional customer lifecycle and engagement strategies, from first‑time usage to repeat and loyal behaviour
- Act as a regional advocate for customer experience, identifying journey gaps and shaping proposition enhancements
- Shape and refine the regional value proposition to ensure competitiveness, relevance, and customer value
- Partner closely with Regional Marketing to drive regional campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
- Define campaign objectives, target segments, and success metrics aligned to growth priorities
- Own regional performance visibility, consolidating market insights into clear actions and priorities
- Support senior management reviews with concise performance narratives and forward‑looking insights
- Serve as the central regional point of coordination across country teams and functional stakeholders
- Build strong relationships to align priorities and drive execution without direct authority
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, growth, or customer strategy in banking or financial services
- Proven track record in driving regional growth and customer engagement initiatives
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments and consumer banking products
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
