Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfil all aspects of the Master Services Agreement including staffing, financials, service delivery, governance, KPIs, and client requirements.
  • Serve as primary contact for escalations and manage strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly account reviews, manage change controls, and oversee scope of work adherence.
  • Manage regional account programs ensuring safety/Quality and Compliance/regulation adherence.
  • Oversee daily facility operations: maintenance/repairs/infrastructure/client inspections.
  • Develop/manage budgets for facility ops/maintenance/capital projects; monitor spend/performance targets.
  • Align expenditures to budget; manage P&L position including aging debt/reporting accuracy.
  • Negotiate/manage contracts/vendors/suppliers/service providers—ensure best pricing/service levels.
  • Act as primary HSE advisor for APAC manufacturing/commercial sites.
  • Develop/implement/review health/safety policies/procedures/risk assessments/emergency plans regularly.
  • Ensure facilities comply with all regulatory/legal standards & company QMS/GXP.
  • Conduct site inspections/audits/investigations/remedial action tracking/completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing and laboratory facility operations, GxP (GMP, GLP) guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in health and safety policy development and implementation (desired).
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively, address complex issues, and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • In-depth proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
