Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, tenants and co-brokers to develop and grow listings database and pipeline of requirements
- Generating business in leasing and selling multi segment properties on behalf of owners and tenants
- Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
- Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for selling and leasing
- Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing, and utilise AI and other digital tools as part of the go-to-market strategy bringing new best practices back to the broader business
- Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front
- Update and maintain our firm's CRM on Salesforce as the source of truth with client contacts, lead and pipeline information
- Record market intelligence, vacancy and other relevant datapoints on our CRM and our firm's proprietary property database (One App)
- Directly generate client reports including options/listings, other analytics via One App and utilise the tool for client engagement
Requirements
- Practising broker with 1-3 years of experience in high volume work
- Fresh graduate from Real Estate Degree is welcome
- Candidate must possess / able to possess a real estate license in a short time frame
- Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team
- Strong prior exposure to video and content creation, editing tools, new lead generation channels
- Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
- Ready to learn, adapt and evolve as we grow
