Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert for Propulsion Optimization and EST technologies, promoting solution differentiators to the sales team.
- Develop, execute, and track strategic sales plans for assigned regions to drive market participation, profitability, and overall growth.
- Expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and cultivating trust-based relationships for adopting Propulsion Optimization and EST solutions.
- Act as a collaborative bridge between the Regional Sales Team and Product Team, communicating commercial feedback and product development requirements.
- Partner with leadership to share regional insights and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships within the agent network and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
- Leverage sales policies (Poseidon and Marine Tank Management) to support accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements
- Knowledge of marine propulsion control systems or a sailing background with strong knowledge of propulsion control systems.
- Proven aptitude for sales and value-focused selling.
- Demonstrated ability in customer engagement and key account management.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward achieving annual Trade Order and Sales targets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear, compelling, and concise messages internally and externally.
