Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and execute sales activities to achieve divisional targets
- Involve in sales activities including pre and post price negotiations, customer visits, sales budget planning, order and payment monitoring, preparation of forecasts and reports
- Develop and implement business plans to expand market share and increase sales for each account
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics, and production to deliver excellent sales support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating initiative in converting prospects into actual sales
- Execute design-related activities for Automotive/Mobility customers and coordinate with the Product Team to drive sales promotion initiatives
- Provide technical and business support to customers, addressing inquiries effectively
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or any other related engineering field
- Candidates with 2-3 years working experience in B2B or engineering background/ seeder experiences are welcomed
- Demonstrates a proactive and resilient mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Skilled in analyzing data, preparing reports, and delivering clear presentations
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
