Key Responsibilities

  • Perform or support machine maintenance as plan, troubleshooting & improvement
  • Machine & quality trouble troubleshooting and implement improvement activities
  • Analyse chronic trouble, propose counter measure and implementation
  • Perform or support machine model change, machine and quality confirmation after model change
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance at area in charge, review and assess constantly to improve maintenance efficiency
  • Prepare maintenance manual and train new members
  • Ensure activity compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, specifications and maintain process ISO system

Requirements

  • Diploma in any Engineering field
  • Able to perform hands-on job
  • Knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, material knowledge and some mechanical or pneumatic knowledge
  • Able to work in any rotating 12hrs shift or Normal shift
  • Good technical report writing and presentation skills
