Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop junior cost analysts within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product costing, cost accounting, or financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, with hands-on experience in cost module.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred.
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
- Proven track record of driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Occasional travel may be required to support plant locations.
