Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product costing, cost accounting, or financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, with hands-on experience in cost module.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry preferred.
  • CMA, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
  • Proven track record of driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support plant locations.
