Key Responsibilities
- Lead Managing Quality Management System (QMS) for BASF SG/MY and BASF See Sen
- Serves as Deputy Management Representative and responsible for Management Review (MR)
- Prepare and report on quality target and key performance indicators
- Oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions and support Change Management activities
- Serve as site internal auditor and manage external audit, including customer and supplier audit
- Responsible for customer quality enquiry and take the lead in customer non-conformance handling
- Responsible for 8D investigation (root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action; effectiveness checking etc) 8D closure and follow up
- Responsible for Statistical Quality Control (SQC) reporting to customers
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer requirements
- Manage e-Spec system for raw material and own manufacturing products
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemistry science, Chemical technology or other related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry would be an advantage
- Familiarize analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, laboratory technology
- Knowledge of ICPMS, GFAAS, ICPOES Titrator, IC, and Particle analysis
- Familiarity with Cleanroom environments
- Registered Chemist qualification preferred
- Knowledge of SGA/MY Legal requirements
- Experience with ISO 9001
