Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as Supply Chain management, Logistics, Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Preferably professional experience in a leadership position in chemical industry
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, transportation and warehousing
  • Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and implement process improvement
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • Able to work in diverse levels of international and local collaboration
  • Flexible in agile environment
