Requirements

  • Degree or Master in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Microelectronics)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering, preferably in semiconductor industry
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve technical problems
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Experience in high-volume production environments
  • Knowledge of process engineering software systems and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  • Analytical and math skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Meticulous, fast learner, and able to work in diverse work environments
