Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the Area Shared Delivery Team, overseeing Delivery Practice Managers (DPMs) and their teams

- Collaborating with ProServe Account Executives to identify and define customer business outcomes
- Managing the Area P&L, optimizing team growth, performance, and utilization
- Serving as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams, engaging in pre-sales, in-flight projects, and post-implementation reviews
Requirements
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team, or experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- 10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years as technical contributor in the security field (internal corporate security, security operations, security consulting, incident response, etc.)
- Hands-on security experience in two or more of the following: Cloud Security, Application Security (security SDLC, threat modeling, code review), Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Data Protection, Incident Response
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security solutions (Data Loss Prevention, WAF, SIEM, etc.)
- Track record of leading complex security projects
- AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP (preferred)
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing (preferred)
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions (preferred)
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent (preferred)
