Key Responsibilities

  • Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements
  • Communicate analysis and work with business stakeholders to understand its value and propose changes
  • Develop audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity
  • Write queries and output efficiently
  • Convert data to make it analysis-ready through basic descriptives, aggregations, and pivots
  • Implement/deploy data visualization or communication tools (e.g., metrics dashboards, decks)
  • Gather data across APAC to support reporting, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking
  • Identify gaps, measure inefficiencies/impact, propose actions, measure success, and iterate
  • Identify gaps and create system SOPs to drive efficiencies and reduce level of effort (LOE) on repeating and overlapping data entries, eliminate non-value-add activities, remove blockers, and drive automation
  • Build metrics on dashboards for KPI and Key Value Driver reporting to drive better performance internally and externally
  • Liaise with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts to drive global alignment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions (preferred)
  • Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and data visualizations that improve upon those currently employed for understanding the business and making decisions (preferred)
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company (preferred)
  • Proven business acumen, learning new businesses, taking ownership of problems, navigating ambiguity solutions and asking the right questions for operational excellence (preferred)
