Key Responsibilities
- Administer Business Applications based on end-user's requirements or ongoing needs while providing excellent customer service
- Analyze system errors and work with end users and related business units to correct and/or assist in problem resolution
- Help diagnose performance issues related to business applications and work with internal and external vendors in their resolution
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Prepare user training document for business applications and associated processes with business departments
Requirements
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Fresh Graduate and Diploma in Information System or Computer Science related majors are welcome
- Microsoft VBA/VB Script programming Experience
- Knowledge of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) solutions
- Any experience in the area of ERP such as SAP, etc will be a plus
- Smart and willing to learn new things
- Good communication skills
